Quinn is a
very special little Mini Rex with a look all his own. He is one of 7 rabbits
that were transferred to New Moon Rabbit Rescue from Montreal SPCA on 11 June
2011. He originally came to the SPCA as part of a small seizure. Quinn's ears
were eaten by his father at birth but regardless of this he is able to hear and
is NOT traumatised by his early start in the world.
Quinn is an amazing sweet little
man who absolutely loves to be cuddled and like most buns, will get squirmy
when he has had enough. He is a little nervous in new situations, including
when first meeting other animals but once he has had a chance to get to know
his new friends and new surrounding he should warm up to new experiences quite
quickly. Quinn is active and
playful and loves to explore whenever he has a chance. He is not a big chewer but is very
determined and may decided to dig up the corner of your carpet if you have
accidently closed his bedroom door on him!
Hay, pellets, greens – He loves
them all! In fact, breakfast is his
favourite word! So it would be
best to watch him closely for weigh gain in the future. Quinn is litter trained with only a few
stray poops here and there in his cage.
When he is out running and playing his litter training is perfect!
Quinn is an absolutely wonderful
little guy and is very excited to have his forever home. However, because of his missing ears it
is very hard for him to regulate his body temperature, especially during the
hot summer months. Quinn needs a
forever home with air conditioning so that he does not overheat.
Quinn is available for adoption.
